1. Terms of Service Use

1.1 Eligibility

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 Company Ownership

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dream Match Studios. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both China and internationally. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

2.2 User Content

Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are entirely responsible for the User Content, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By providing User Content, you warrant that you have the right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, publicly perform, reproduce, and distribute that content, which does not infringe on any third-party rights.

3. Purchases and Payments

3.1 In-App Purchases

The Service may include in-app purchase options. All purchases are subject to these Terms and are processed through your device's application store (such as the App Store or Google Play).

Purchases are final once completed, unless a refund is required by applicable law. For purchases made through an application store, refund policies are determined by that application store.

3.2 Subscriptions

Some features of the Service may be offered on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge you at the beginning of the subscription period and at the beginning of each renewal period.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings of your application store. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period, at which point the Service will cease.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream Match Studios and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or any other legal theory, even if we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement.

Dream Match Studios does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; nor does it warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable; nor do we warrant that the quality of the Service will meet your expectations.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or other tribunal, the remaining provisions of the Terms will remain in effect.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
